The Beacon Café
A stylish and warm welcome is waiting for you at The Beacon Café. Our relaxed and welcoming atmosphere makes us the perfect place to eat, drink and meet-up with your family and friends.
Entertaining is at the heart of what we do and The Beacon team are here to make your visit a memorable experience. Our delicious menu features the best in locally sourced ingredients and it changes with the seasons.
Conveniently located on the ground floor of Lighthouse, we are open from Tuesday - Saturday.
During the day, between 10am - 3pm, you can enjoy a morning coffee and cake, before then choosing from our popular lunchtime menu.
In the evening, between 5pm and 8pm, we offer a full dining experience, when you can indulge in a three-course meal accompanied by a fine selection of drinks, with no need to worry about getting to your seat on time if you are also seeing a show here.
Our Bars
Enjoy a drink with your family and friends in our destination bars, before heading into your show.
The newly opened Beacon Bar (on the second floor) is a stylish spot to enjoy a mid-evening tipple, stocking local ales, ciders and an extensive range of wines and spirits.
Our Lantern Bar is situated on the first floor, with easy access to the Concert Hall and Theatre. If you want to skip the interval queues, you can pre-order your interval drinks from this bar.
Drinks are also available from the Beacon Cafe and Studio Bar on the ground floor, giving you plenty of choice on the night.
Our bars are often busy during our most popular shows, so please arrive with enough time to make sure that you can relax and enjoy your drink before the show.
