Senior Ticket Sales Advisor

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Ticket Sales team

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our audiences while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our ticketing operations. You will be responsible for processing ticket sales across multiple channels, handling customer inquiries, and overseeing transactions, including cash and card payments. Additionally, you will have responsibility for setting up events on our ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

As part of the role, you will also supervise casual staff, providing guidance and ensuring that industry standards and best practices are upheld. Reporting to the Audience Insights and Sales Manager, you will work collaboratively within a busy and dynamic team. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the arts are essential. This is a permanent, part-time position (three days per week), and will include evening and weekend work.
