Building & Event Security
Lighthouse operates multiple levels of security across the site to help keep everyone safe. This includes monitored CCTV, random bag & person searches, site searches and SIA approved building and event security. We would encourage everyone at Lighthouse not to leave personal items attended at any time around the centre.
Lighthouse works with Government agencies and Dorset Police providing briefings and specialist training to our staff teams. This includes multiple visible and non-visible security measures across the site.

First Aid
We have fully trained first-aiders at Lighthouse at all times to help you with accidents or incidents which may take place during your visit.
Lighthouse will provide additional first-aid cover for busy events across all of our venues.
In partnership with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, we have two defibrillators onsite which staff are trained to use if needed.
